Big Ideas for Job Creation in a Jobless Recovery

Elizabeth Lower-Basch, senior policy analyst at CLASP, will participate in a panel discussion as part of the Big Ideas for Job Creation Conference in Berkeley, Cal. on June 16 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The conference will focus on 12 selected “big ideas” that would create jobs on the city and state levels. Ms. Lower-Basch will present on work opportunity tax credit as one of the event’s big ideas.
