Audio Conference: Work Flex - Best Practices for Low Wage Workers

Jodie Levin-Epstein, deputy director at CLASP, will moderate an audio conference on workplace flexibility on Nov. 18 from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. ET. This audio conference will discuss the importance of flexible work practices for low-wage workers and how employers can offer these supports. Lori Geigler, director of human resources at TURCK, Inc. in Minneapolis, Minn., will tell how and why the company provides all of its regular full and part-time employees with a range of work supports. Joan C. Williams, founder and director for WorkLife Law at Hastings College of Law, will highlight some simple and important employer practices that can make an enormous difference for workers.
