CLASP co-hosted a webinar with the Center for Innovation in Worker Organization on Labor Standards Enforcement. The webinar features information from the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office and Metrowest Legal Services about their partnership with others on a free wage theft legal clinic and about how the Seattle’s Office of Labor Standards and Fair Work Center’s Legal Clinic work together to build community enforcement capacity. The speakers shared how these clinics were developed, how they benefit the agencies and community partners in protecting workers’ labor standards and engaging in strategic enforcement, and what’s involved in maintaining these effective relationships.
