Kisha Parks was the director of Finance and Administration at CLASP. She led the organization’s financial, human resources, operations, and information technology efforts with the goal of supporting the organization’s growth and strategic plan.   

Prior to working at CLASP, Kisha worked for a national non-profit where she led the COVID transition team; spearheaded the diversity, equity, and inclusion working group; and provided operational thought leadership as a member of senior management. 

Kisha’s career as a non-profit professional has included everything from human resources to benefits management, IT, accounting, vendor procurement, and hiring. She believed in being mission-driven and has worked across a variety of philanthropic sectors, including social justice, maternal and child health, and environmental.

Kisha took a collaborative approach to her work, ensuring everyone has a voice and that decision-making supports strategic organizational objectives. She didn’t shy away from a challenge and enjoyed revamping processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient use of funds.

Kisha believed in the power of people and uses clear communication to achieve operational, administrative, and financial success for non-profits.
