Kisha Parks is the director of finance and administration at CLASP. She leads CLASP’s financial, human resources, operations, and information technology efforts with the goal of supporting the organization’s growth and strategic plan.   

Prior to working at CLASP, Parks worked for a national non-profit where she led the COVID transition team; spearheaded the diversity, equity and inclusion working group; and provided operational thought leadership as a member of senior management. 

Parks’ 15-year tenure as a non-profit professional has included everything from human resources to benefits management, IT, accounting, vendor procurement, and hiring. She believes in being mission-driven and has worked across a variety of philanthropic sectors, including social justice, maternal and child health, and environmental.

She takes a collaborative approach to her work, ensuring everyone has a voice and that decision-making supports strategic organizational objectives. She doesn’t shy away from a challenge and enjoys revamping processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient use of funds.
