Dana Bailey was the Chief Operating Officer at CLASP, leading all aspects of the organization’s internal management and operations.

Dana brought an extensive background in finance management to this role, with deep professional experience in finance administration and operations, including in the human resources and information technology areas. She has worked for most of her career in the nonprofit and higher education sectors, serving closely with senior- and executive-level leaders guiding the planning and implementation of finance and administrative operations systems and policies.

Prior to CLASP, Dana served as senior finance director at the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors. She has also led financial operations at InterAction, Jobs with Justice Education Fund, and Georgetown University.
