Jobs for the Future's Breaking Through Meeting

Vickie Choitz, senior policy analyst for the Workforce Development team at CLASP, will speak at Jobs for the Future's Breaking Through meeting on Oct. 16. She will present during the session, State Policies to Help Lower-Skilled Adult Students Break Through to Postsecondary Credentials, to provide an overview of the Shifting Gears policy initiative and state policy reforms that are helping to increase the number of low-skilled adults who attain postsecondary credentials and higher paying jobs. Presenting with Ms.Choitz will be Jayson Chung, Education Director for Workforce and Economic Development at Wisconsin Technical College System.
