Public comment on Medicare and Medicaid Programs: Minimum Staffing Standards for Long-Term Care Facilities and Medicaid Institutional Payment Transparency Reporting (Fed. Reg. 61352)

CLASP submits comment to Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services for taking up the critical issue of nurse staffing in nursing homes. This is a critical issue as nursing homes continue to care for an increasing number of residents with high acuity.
