CLASP has joined several major immigration organizations in a letter to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security urging DHS to delay implementation of the public charge rule. We note that DHS has failed to publish necessary forms and to conduct any public outreach to help the immigrant community understand and prepare for the regulation’s far-reaching changes.
