Minnesota’s SNAP E&T pay-for-performance pilot, which includes three career pathway programs, combines career navigation and career pathways that integrates basic-skills education and career-specific training in high-demand occupations with wrap-around services. This SNAP E&T pilot is one of the first of its kind to leverage the Pay-for-Performance model.
