Jessica Long was a program assistant supporting the Human Resources department at CLASP. She provided administrative assistance, technical support, and an efficient onboarding process to advance CLASP’s internal effectiveness.

Prior to joining CLASP, Jessica spent her time as a program services specialist at a non-profit in Richmond helping middle schoolers access quality afterschool programs. Before that, she worked for a community action agency, where she helped identify the needs of the communities in 11 localities by creating a Comprehensive Needs Assessment. She started her career in non-profit as an AmeriCorps VISTA where she successfully managed volunteers to run a pickup and delivery meal service for families facing food insecurity in the rural county of King William and town of West Point, VA.

Jessica has also volunteered with Richmond AmeriCorps Alums board, communicating new and exciting civic projects throughout the greater Richmond area.
