On February 12, Elizabeth Lower-Basch will be speaking on a panel on the federal policy environment at the Community College National Legislative Summit in Washington, DC focusing on what’s happening in TANF, SNAP and other benefit programs that might affect recipients’ ability to participate in workforce education. The summit will be hosted by the Association of Community College Trustees in collaboration with the American Association of Community Colleges.
