In this workshop we will discuss opportunities under WIOA to serve low-income people through WIOA’s priority of service for high need adults, transitional jobs, TANF/WIOA coordination, out of school youth, Measurable Skill Gain performance measures, as well as ways to partner with workforce agencies.
