On April 1, 2016, Kisha Bird presented on the webinar “Making High School Relevant – A Framework for Career Technical Education” with  the Association for Career and Technical Education and sponsored by the Reaching At-Promise Students Association (RAPSA).

The webinar provided insights on how to improve CTE offerings for high school students and how quality WIOA partnerships can impact low-income youth.
