CLASP, together with ZERO TO THREE, cosponsored Rally4Babies, a virtual rally supporting early learning policies that benefit babies and toddlers. The rally, held via Google+ Hangouts on July 8, 2013, featured celebrities such as actress and Save The Children Artist Ambassador Jennifer Garner, journalist and Starfish Media Group CEO Soledad O’Brien, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, and U.S. Department of Education Secretary Arne Duncan.
