On October 23 – 25, Judy Mortrude will be presenting at the 2018 Common Ground Conference on four topics: Ability to benefit as a strategy for funding career pathways, alignment opportunities with the new Perkins V Act, WIOA co-enrollment/WI Common Intake project, and community literacy organizations as part of a Regional Adult Learning Strategy.
