The Trump Administration and its DHS are following through on their plans to come after TPS and strip hundreds of thousands of migrants of their legal status.

CLASP recently submitted comments in opposition to the Department of Labor’s proposed rule, “Occupational Safety and Health Standards; Interpretation of the General Duty Clause: Limitation for Inherently Risky Professional Activities."

CLASP strongly supports OSHA’s initiative to address the hazards of heat exposure in the workplace.

In the US, all state and federal prisons allow some form of involuntary labor as part of various correctional work programs. Urgent reform is needed.
