CLASP submitted comments on DHS’s notice of information collection on sponsor deeming and agency reimbursement. We strongly oppose the addition of the optional questions for state agencies seeking information through the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) process as confusing for state agencies and inconsistent with the purpose of the SAVE process.
