With some 15 years of experience of expertise in human resources and operations, Saul Johnson is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions that help employers harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people. Saul is dedicated to creating robust organizational cultures that promote continuous business growth and cultivate customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job.
Saul previously served as a senior human resources generalist with Applied Computing Technologies Inc. where he managed the overall human resources initiatives for the company. Prior to that, Saul was the director of human resources for Takoma Wellness Center. He has also held several human resources positions across a variety of industries. Saul is committed to CLASP’s antipoverty and racial equity mission and to supporting the organization’s future success, both internally and externally, by bringing additional capacity to the human resources team and supporting HR compliance.
Saul is currently enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus where he is studying for his bachelor of science degree in human resources management. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
