States reported this information to the Administration of Children and Families. While data from FY 2002 are the most recent data the federal government has posted at (http://www.acf.dhhs.gov/programs/ofs/data/index.html), one should keep in mind that they only describe spending through September 30, 2002, and individual state circumstances may have changed substantially since then.
