High-Demand Certificates and Licensures Have Value in the Labor Market

Licensures and certificates can be powerful tools to increase one's wages. 43 percent of licenses and certificates earn more than an Associate's degree. 27 percent of licenses and certificates earn more than a Bachelor's degree, and 31 percent of Associate's degrees earn more than a Bachelor's degree.
