APPAM Panel Discussion: System Delivery and Vulnerable Children

Rutledge Q. Hutson, director of child welfare policy at CLASP, will be the discussant at the APPAM conference panel System Delivery and Vulnerable Children on Saturday Nov. 10 from 10:15 - 11:45 am E in Baltimore, Md. The panel will discuss racial disproportionality in child protective services, promoting ties between children in foster care and their incarcerated parents and coordinating state policies to increase access to SSI among eligible children.
