Marcie Foster, policy analyst for the Workforce Development team at CLASP, will deliver the keynote address at the 2012 CASAS National Summer Institute on June 13 in San Diego, CA. Ms. Foster will discuss strategies that ensure low-wage workers and low-income individuals can enter and advance in the labor market, and that make sure American businesses have access to workers with the skills they need to compete.
