Marcie Foster, policy analyst for the Workforce Development team, will present during a panel at the Academy of Hope's literacy forum on workforce and economic development on April 17 in Washington,D.C. Ms. Foster will highlight key points from the paper Beyond Basic Skills: State Strategies to Connect Low-Skilled Students to an Employer-Valued Postsecondary Education.
