Marcie Foster, policy analyst for the Workforce Development team at CLASP, will present The Value of a Dollar: A Survey of State Financing and Tuition Policies during the Commission on Adult Basic Education Conference in Norfolk, VA on April 11 at 4:45 pm. Ms. Foster, along with Lennox McLendon, National Council for State Directors of Adult Education, will show how states determine the level of funding for adult education and discuss the landscape of tuition and fee policies, including any changes in light of the new GED® assessment.
