Abby Newcomer, policy analyst for the Workforce Development team at CLASP, will participate in the panel Weathering the Storms: Helping Low Income Students Stay in School during Achieving the Dream's 2012 Annual Meeting on Student Success on March 1 in Dallas, TX at 3:15 p.m. central time. Ms. Newcomer and other panelists will offer examples of community college strategies of increasing students' financial capabilities and examine some of the federal and state policy challenges facing colleges looking to establish or scale their financial capability programs.
