Marcie W.M. Foster, policy analyst on the Workforce Development team at CLASP, will present at the Community College Virtual Symposium on April 27 at 2 p.m. ET. Ms. Foster will be a panelist at the discussion of bridge programs for low-skill adults. The symposium is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education.
