Rhonda Tsoi-A-Fatt, senior policy analyst with the Youth team at CLASP, will attend Strengthening Educational and Career Pathways for DC Youth sponsored by the Brookings Institute and the Youth Transition Funders Group on March 23 from 3 - 7 p.m. in Washington, DC. Ms. Tsoi-A-Fatt will participate as an expert during the question and answer portion of the presentation.
