Rutledge Q. Hutson, director of Child Welfare Policy at CLASP, will present at the Foster Family-based Treatment Association's Public Policy Institute May 2, 2011 from 3-4:30 pm ET. Ms. Hutson and the Chidren's Defense Fund's MaryLee Allen will co-lead a discussion on the status of the financing recommendations being developed by the Partnership to Protect Children and Strengthen Families.
