TANF Emergency Contingency Fund and Transitional Jobs

Elizabeth Lower-Basch, senior policy analyst at CLASP, will speak on a panel, Transitional Jobs for Retention and Advancement, at the Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families annual Welfare, Research, and Evaluation Conference. The session will be held Thursday, June 3, from 10:15 a.m.  to 11:45 a.m.  The event also will be webcast. Ms. Lower-Basch will speak about the TANF Emergency Contingency Fund and Transitional Jobs.
