Reducing Poverty: Explaining Recent State Policy Innovation

Jodie Levin-Epstein, CLASP's deputy director, will present Reducing Poverty: Explaining Recent State Policy Innovation during Emory University's Institute for Advanced Policy Solutions conference on Nov. 19, 2009. The conference goal is to bring together scholars and practitioners to discuss recent efforts by states to take a more comprehensive and collaborative approach, which goes beyond the welfare reform model of the 1990s,  to alleviating poverty.
