Inequality Begins at Birth: Child Poverty in America

The Century Foundation, the Roosevelt Institute, and the Academic Pediatric Association will host a conference to examine solutions to America's high child poverty rate. Senator Cory Booker (D-N.J.) will provide the keynote address. Jodie Levin-Epstein will speak at the Solutions for Working Parents panel at 10:55 am.  Following the panels, participants are invited to attend a screening of The Roosevelts: An Intimate History, with Ken Burns, the Academy Award-winning director.
