Danielle Ewen, director of Child and Early Education at CLASP, is one of three presenters for the session: A Birth through Age 8 Agenda for ESEA/NCLB: Maximizing current programs and examining potential changes during the National Association for the Education of Young Children Conference in Washington, D.C. on Friday, November 20, from 12:30-1:30pm. This session will inform participants of examples of how the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) can be used for birth through third grade, discuss potential changes in the reauthorization, and discuss how to promote greater use of Title I and other programs in NCLB for birth through age 8.
