Elementary and Secondary Education Act

CLASP Youth Team works on issues realted to the the implementation and improvement of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA, or the No Child Left Behind Act, NCLB) that impact low-income youth. Our goal is to recommend federal policies that support local activities which allow for the expansion of high-quality services and strategies that help older youth who may be struggling students or disconnected from school
