Pennsylvania's KEYS Program Finds Innovative Ways to Spread the Word

At a time when many states are decreasing opportunities for TANF recipients to pursue education and training, the administrators responsible for the Pennsylvania Keystone Education Yields Success (KEYS) Program have undertaken a major effort to show policy makers that education and training are crucial to economic self-sufficiency, rather than an easy way out.  As part of this effort, KEYS worked with a state representative to produce a short video about student experiences.
