Adults Increasing Educational Attainment

Two-thirds of our 2020 workforce is already beyond the reach of our elementary and secondary schools so we must also invest in helping working adults and out-of-school gain marketable credentials if we are to meet the President's goal of having the highest proportion of college graduates in the world by 2020.
