Rhonda Tsoi-A-Fatt Bryant

Rhonda Bryant is a senior fellow at CLASP.  Her areas of expertise are education policy and youth development.  She focuses on disadvantaged youth, particularly youth of color, in distressed communities. Prior to joining CLASP, Ms. Bryant was an education specialist with the Delaware Department of Education, where she coordinated the state's strategic agenda for quality improvements in early childhood education. Ms. Bryant also has worked in a number of local community organizations where she was responsible for educational planning and programming for children ages 4-21. Ms. Bryant is an alumna of the University of Delaware, where she received a Master of Arts in Urban Affairs & Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources.
