This four-part conference call series, jointly sponsored by the Center for Law and Social Policy and the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, highlights effective policies and practices to help low-income families succeed in the labor market and help states to meet the higher effective TANF work participation rates enacted in the fiscal year 2006 federal budget legislation, known as the “Deficit Reduction Act of 2005” (DRA).
